| We accept Visa & MasterCard, Personal Checks and Money Orders (for
mailed-in deposits), and Cash at check-in. |
| Deposits to reserve the Guest House: - You may send us a check or money order deposit for 1/2 of the amount of the entire stay - and will be held in escrow until the Check-In Date. or - You may give us a credit card number, and we will authorize your card for the entire amount of your stay then charge your card for the stay when your arrive. - You may pay for the balance of your stay with cash at check-in if you wish. |
| Cancellations and Refunds: Within 30 days before the Check-In date: - Deposits paid by check or money order are non-refundable within 30 days of check-in unless we can re-book the Guest House. - Deposits by credit card will still be liable for 1/2 of the amount of the entire stay if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date unless we can re-book the Guest House. - Deposits will only be returned for the nights that are re-booked. Prior to 30 days before the Check-In date: - Deposits paid by check or money order are refundable prior to 30 days of check-in. We will mail a check to you for your deposit. - Deposits by credit card were not actually charged, but just authorized. So we will just cancel your reservation and remove your card information from our files. |

You provide the charcoal and clean after use. $5.00 cleaning fee if not left clean. |

$25.00 will be assessed for excessive cleaning at the end of the stay if needed. Examples of excessive cleaning would include: Doing the dishes or cleaning out old food from the refrigerator. Excessive messes which result in carpet cleaning. |
All requests for Breakfast must be
made before 12:00 noon the day before
breakfast is to be served or when making reservations.
